These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DispatchIQ platform operated by DispatchIQ ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
DispatchIQ provides a field operations management platform for field service businesses. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your business to these Terms in order to use the service.
DispatchIQ integrates with third-party platforms including Jobber. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data.
All content, features, and functionality of the DispatchIQ platform are owned by DispatchIQ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DispatchIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may discontinue use of the service at any time.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
